The CD has 12 tracks but only 11 tracks are credited. The untitled track is track 10 (not 12) and is a dub of "Commercial Development."This is mostly a dub album of "Appointment with His Majesty" except tracks 3 & 6 which had not been released in any form previously. The two tracks from "Appointment with His Majesty” that weren’t dubbed were “Play Jerry” & “Don’t Sell Out.”
The track order on Living Dub Vol 4 also differs from the order on "Appointment with His Majesty.”
