Issued in a standard clear jewel case (clear disc tray without CD logos) with a 13 page booklet & double sided back inlay. This is unlike the US CD release which came in a teal Q-Pack only. Additionally, the difference between this jewel case version & the European & Japanese jewel case versions is that C-Murder in the suit (from inside the US Q-Pack) is used on the flipside of the back inlay while the EU/JPN version has C-Murder in the No Limit Gear jersey (from the booklet). Finally, this Canadian version has a properly rendered front cover with black border while the EU/JPN version has a cropped to the edges front cover with no black border.
