Sold in the UK by Norman Records, in Germany by HHV.DE and in Australia by Happy Valley. Norman Records had 200 copies to sell whilst the other two retailers only stated that there were 500 copies without specifying if this was the number they were selling or the total number in existence.

The Happy Valley edition has a yellow company sticker on the front of the shrink wrap. The Norman Records edition has a green sticker with the barcode on it on the front of the shrink wrap. It is currently unknown if the HHV.de edition has any identifying extras.
