Limited hand-numbered first issue of 18 black (both sides) vinyl style 12cm discs housed in a white card cover with one hole. Artwork: One debossed black card insert mounted with CP1919 pulsar glossy vinyl sticker. One white card insert with track listing, number and details notably stating the date of the recording: "ctrl live at the Amersham Arms, London 18th May 2019". One concert flyer. One laminated insert with details of band members, roles for this CD (SIG 016) and sister CD (SIG 015) and dedication, "In memoriam Ian Curtis 1956 - 1980". All housed in a translucent vellum wallet.
