This Compilation album is a greatest hits package containing live versions, new studio versions, and original hits, as well as two brand new tracks ('All My Life' and 'A New Day'). The original versions of all these songs can be found on the five previous Caedmon's Call albums.

This is also an "Enhanced CD" that contains a 2-minute promotional video describing their Fall 2004 release Share The Well and the musical themes inspired by the band's mission trips to India, Brazil and Ecuador.
