Available for sale without advertisement or promotion on the CAKE Web store in yellow, red, and blue. Packaged in a gate fold cover with right side pocket for the single to slide into with corresponding artwork on the inner sleeve to match the label when the "Age of Aquarius" side is facing outward.

Numbered on the back side of the gate fold using rubber stamper in the upper left hand corner. Unknown number of copies available in each color or in total.
