Key Lime Pie was recorded and mixed between February and July of 1989 with occasional time off for religious and national holidays; weddings; funerals; confirmations; bar mitzvahs; barbecues; endless games of a hopelessly complex form of Indian Poker which only the Arab and Ambassador clearly understood (perhaps that's why they ended up with most of our money); and of course those aimless Sundays in search of the perfect piece of key lime pie.
