Probably a bootleg reissue. The letters on the back cover are slightly pixelated and on the front cover there's two black lines underneath the word "Deadlock", undoubtedly the remnants of uncareful photoshopping or something similar.

There are also other versions:
With white labels and no runout etchings; Can - Soundtracks,
with the front cover printed with a dirty coffee spot and no runout etchings; Can - Soundtracks,
and with a sleeve without print faults and matrix numbers etched on the runouts; Can - Soundtracks.
