Title of release is given as 'Cannibalism No. 2' on rear liner, back of booklet and disc, and as 'Cannibalism' on spine.

Errata:
The track numbering is wrong. Tracks 20 to 22 are misnumbered as 21 to 23.
Correct title of 8 is "Turtles Have Short Legs"
Correct title of 9 is "Shikako Maru Ten"
Correct title of 18 is "A Spectacle"
