Album Info

Release Date: 1975

Labels: Wizardo Records, Wizardo Rekords

Generic white card sleeve with orange photocopy inlay sheet inside shrink-wrap.

Inlay states "Live at The Roxy L.A. - July 16, 1975" - Musicians are incorrectly credited (without instruments) under the heading "The Magic Band" - "Abba Zaba" is incorrectly titled as "Abba Zabba" (A2 shown corrected)

The majority of information on the Inlay is incorrect. This release contains recordings from two shows, January 3 and 5, 1973, at The Troubadour, West Hollywood, CA. (Not The Roxy, as stated).

The correct band line-up should read:

Don Van Vliet (aka Captain Beefheart) Vocals, Harmonica; Alex St Claire (Snouffer) Guitar, Slide Guitar; Bill Harkleroad (Zoot Horn Rollo) Lead Guitar, Slide Guitar; Mark Boston (Rockette Morton) Guitar, Bass Guitar; Roy Estrada (Audi Hon-Orejon) Bass Guitar; Art Tripp (Ed Marimba) Drums, Percussion;

A well-known Vliet quote appears at the foot of cover; "There are only five great men in the world and three of them are hamburgers".
