This 1970 US issue is on Zappa's Bizarre label (although using a 'Straight' logo'd sleeve) and includes one of his 'Loss Leaders' coupons on the Bizarre liner. The ivory & black inner sleeve has a $1 Coupon Mail Order Ad for the Straight/Bizarre Zapped Sampler, but has the Warner Bros address, not that of Zappa & Cohen's Straight/Bizarre.)
