Sleeves for this version are two photocopied 7"x7" pieces of paper in a poly bag. Front insert has a grey border on all sides and the photos have relatively even shading - although printing quality may vary (see Images).
Back sleeve has a hand-written URL beneath the photo: "www.geocities.com/leafleafrecords" (Another version came in a PVC envelope and lacks the url.)

Blank labels: most with random decorative rubber-stamps in red on side A and in black on side B.
Others may have a piece of filmstrip or other ephemera taped to the A-side label.
