First test pressing of ALPH004, 10 white label copies made. Rejected by the band and subsequently re-cut. Runout grooves marked as ALPH-004-A/ALPH-004-B without sequence numbers. Has "mummy" etched in lower case on runout of side A. Both sides have wider runout areas (30-35mm) than the standard released version.
