This recording of the Carl Nielsen symphonies - the first recording ever made of the complete symphonies - was made during December 1973 and January 1974. The recording was made at the Church of St. Giles, Cripplegate, Barbican, London, England.

The box includes a 20-pages booklet. Vinyls RHS 324 to 329 have different Carl Nielsen motif picture labels. RHS 330 has blue labels.
