The tracklisting has "Shoppers' Paradise" as the last track of CD1, whereas it actually appears as the first track on CD2; according to the CD's compiler the former was the intended product, so it appears to be a mispress rather than a misprint.

Orders direct from Carter/Nyquest webstore. The first 1000 orders were issued with a beermat and poster, the next 1000 issued with poster only. The poster includes the names of fans who submitted their names for inclusion.

3000 of these CD/DVD packages were released, with a further 1000 released with the printed track listing amended to match the discs.
