A compilation of I Blame The Government coupled with a slightly different track listing of A World Without Dave. For this release, "Negative Equity" has been removed, "Elvis Lives / Carter Break America" and "Junk Male" have been added, and "Road Rage" and "Stand Up And Be Counted" have had their track positions swapped.
The title of track 1-11 is printed incorrectly on the sleeve and in the booklet as "Psycho Ill".

This version has silver CD discs, compared to the black discs of the other Carter The Unstoppable Sex Machine - Brixton Mortars.
