According to Sam Vince, this release was made up of random leftover copies from the "Solitary Internment of Effigies" series, hence the appendage "Failure Edition." It was sent out to friends and fanzines only. Contrary to the mistaken assumption of some online, this release does not contain any original material unique to it.
