Caught In The Fall's first full-length album, released on CD by Wristwatch Records and on 11" vinyl by Shock Value Records.

Issued in a fold-over sleeve made of textured blue cardstock with cover art and track listing screen-printed on in silver, as well as spaces cut in the front by hand corresponding with band name and release title printed on the insert booklet.

Includes a stapled professionally color printed booklet containing lyrics, artwork, band photos, and liner notes. Also includes a folded photocopied note from Kevin of Wristwatch Records printed on generic 8.5x11" printer paper, describing the experience of putting out the album and thanking those involved.

Tracks 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7 written in the summer and fall of 2003. Tracks 3 and 4 written in the spring and summer of 2002.

Recorded at Aaron's house in Omaha, Nebraska in October of 2003. Mastered at Little King in Ontario, Canada in February of 2004.
