500 pressed, of which 25 a Baphomet was silk screened in red ink on the blank side B.

Record came in plastic dust sleeve with double-sided 7" x 7" insert on blue, white, or red paper. A small photocopied "Europa Disk Can Suck It" insert was included with numbering on the reverse side in red pen.
