Cassette comes with two small color inserts, a u-card style double sided color insert as well as a folded A4 black and white double sided insert, these are all wrapped with a cloth band held tight with a safety pin and wrapped with a piece of wire, the cloth and A4 insert have "period" blood staining them.

Blank white shell cassette with no markings other than lines scratched into the shell to indicate the sides, the A side has one line the B has two.
