Recorded live on analog tape at 328 Performance Hall, Nashville, Tennessee on November 15, 1991.

This CD release was first made available to backers of the Kickstarter campaign. CD packaging is a gatefold cardboard sleeve with credits printed on the inside. A 4-page booklet is included with a review of the concert and its recording by Rick Clark. The barcode only appears on the sticker applied to the shrink wrap.
