First pressing of 500 copies, distinguished by the "Side Pain," "Side Alex" labels, 33 rpm speed. The mix was rejected and each band member received 100 copies. 100 numbered copies were sold in the "Chain Crew" sleeve. Some ended up in the "Confusion" sleeve which has full contrast. Some were sold with color photocopied Confusion covers, distinguishable by the darkness of the image (singer's face is nearly black) and a white border (this) or without a picture sleeve.
