This was the 1st 1967 release on the INCA Records label, and as such, was released as Vol. 1. This is a quasi-reissue of Tommy Olivencia's 1965 first album "Tru-Cu-Tú", which was originally released on Tioly Records. The three songs that appear on this album that aren't on the Tioly release ('Sabroso', 'Adios' & 'Como Te Canto Yo') are all Guaguanco. They replaced four songs on the Tioly album: 'No Molestes Mas' (Son Montuno), 'Tommy's Special' (Mambo Jazz), 'Busca Otro Amor' (Guaracha) & 'Llore Por Ti' (Bolero Son).Catalog number is "I-1001" on labels, but "LPI-1001" on cover.
