Spray Painted Sleeve. Sold on tour. Some copies contain unlisted (hidden) bonus tracks by Nirvana + Hole and a short Courtney Love interview.
Each copy is unique. Only later copies contain the insert with the title "At The Death Disco" all initial copies were known as "Tour Cdr"

These are the original mixes by Johnny Jewel before the group got signed to SummerLoversUnlimited and then were remixed in 2005 and released as an LP in 2006.

Roughly 200 copies of this pressing were made and sold on tour. A retail pressing exists with different artwork and was mostly sold through the Kill Rock Stars online store.
