The release was originally issued in a semi-glossy sleeve with the left spine printed. On the run-out grooves, upside-down FL-TN, standing alone 1 on the side A, first standing alone 2 on the side B and JCP, are etched, the rest is stamped.
A second similar version was pressed by Polygram Industries Messageries, a third one by DFI, a fourth one was printed in Netherlands, a fifth one is reading a different text on rear of sleeve, finally, a sixth one is reading different labels design.
