To Parents: Our last Charity Bailey record, "More Playtime Songs," was received by the public with such acclaim that we immediately commissioned Miss Bailey to ready additional songs for recording. The four songs on this record are based on Creole Folk tunes with English lyrics by Marion Abeson. They are built around kitchen activities — ideal subject material for young children, for it falls within the experience of their dramatic play.
Little girls — and boys, too — will love to sing these songs while they "help" with the cooking, and when they do their own make-believe cooking while playing "house."
