Charlie's first name is misspelled on the cover, liner notes, disc and the tray artwork title of this release ('Charlie' is however spelt correctly within the tray artwork credits).

This CD is housed in a jewel case with a single sheet insert, which is printed on both sides. Early 90's CD pressing.
