The 2020 original Tone Poet version can be differentiated from the 2023 repress version in two ways. The Tone Poet hype sticker on the 2020 version version states:
"Mastered from the original analog tapes"
The 2023 version states:
"Cut directly from the original analog tapes"

Also, on the hype sticker, the 2020 version does NOT have the text "STDLTNPCUT" found on the 2023 version.

On the vinyls the two versions differ on the matrix#. The gatefold cover is identical.

Despite what is described both on spine ("stereo") and on labels (matrix numbers "ST.xxx5/6"), the record is definitely mono. Joe Harley himself says that in an interview (see source on sub history):
"....we located the actual mono masters and, of course, that is what we’ll be using for the Tone Poet 2020 transfer of this magnificent album".
