Comes in a gatefold jacket with plain white poly-lined inner sleeves and has a hype sticker on the shrink-wrap front. On the back of the jacket is a box with 'LIMITED EDITION 1ST PRESSING OF 5,000' and hand-numbering '####/5000'.

Includes a 12"x12" 12-page booklet with photos, liner notes, essays and interviews.
