Chill (aka "T") is a blind poet / lyricist who grew up in the St. Bernard Projects in New Orleans' 7th Ward. Katrina put him in the 9 near Spellcaster and a corner store locally known as "Hot Fod".
It was here that he came to know Quintron and the other musicians on this album...now you hold the results and the realest shit ever.
