This Home produced Cd was produced by Ivan Chin himself towards the end of his life while resident in Canada and sold via cd baby. The sound quality isn't great on much of the material over the 4 volumes, all of which is forgivable given the rarity value of that material. I was in touch with Ivan around the time he was producing these. Shortly before both he and Alerth Bedasse passed on.
Produced by the original producer himself from his own and other Archive recordings from Decca and Pye who pressed the original 78s in the UK for export back to the country where the music was recorded, Jamaica.
