• Black print on red paper, with lyrics for the A-side tracks.
• Producer and musician credits show R. Riggins for Richard Riggins.
• Side B shown as "Recorded live at the Ethnic Cultural Theater, Seattle, Washington. 7/22/77".
A white paper version of the insert has a live photo in place of the lyrics, production and songwriting credits for Riggins' stage-name "Nik Stik", and states the B-side recording date as April 22, 1977.
