Big Neck/US pressing of 150 (total) on orange swirl vinyl with yellow [this], white, or red sleeve.
The folded sleeve is printed in black and red on bright yellow card-stock with solid black printed inside. Issued in poly-bag.
(A UK edition of 250 has a black and white sleeve and differently colored vinyl.


Covers also available in red and yellow. Vinyl colours merge from orange to dark brown / black mix with the majority being part orange and part black. 5 distinct colors in total.
