"Christos Zachos was born in Corfu, Greece in 1980. He has studied electroacoustic and instrumental composition in the music department of the Ionian University and in Graz, Austria. His contribution to the nous 3" series is 3 tracks that focus in the manipulation of sound fragments and their incorporation in a sound environment that brings to forth their unique uncanny qualities. The listener is exposed to a duration of events that unfold in a sureal way with the carefully constructed sounds aiming with full force against their own source deconstructing and decomposing it. The use of everyday sounds makes also this release a sonic diary of Christos life.
