This original release of the LP was withdrawn very quickly and Christy was held in contempt of court for releasing the song "They Never Came Home".The song deals with the fire that killed 48 people in the Stardust nightclub in Dublin in 1981.
The LP was re-released very shortly afterwards with "Another Song Is Born", replacing "They Never Came Home"
