The original release, The Visitation, has a spray-painted cover and includes three inserts. Perhaps accidentally omitted from the label was "Siren Records", which was subsequently added with a rubber stamp. Later pressings used an entirely re-designed picture sleeve. The first one has black text on white background label, the second one (this one) has new design silver printing on black label. All of these three pressings have the same matrix/runout 'Kendun DE-1000'.
