"1/300 1st edition."Two-piece sleeve in 7"x10" plastic bag. Front is a photo of two of the band-members ["Rich does not appear on the cover because he went to the beach instead."], stenciled with the band name and spray painted.
Back is folded 7" x 11" with lyrics and credits.
Two versions of the front sleeve stencil exist: this version has the letters C & H larger and the lettering lines up somewhat more horizontally. The other variant has more even spacing between letters but the letters vary up-and-down [Chronic Disorder - Chronic Disorder EP]. Both versions often show an overspray area at the top where the stencils were placed too low.
The printed front insert is identical for both versions.
The back insert for this version is printed (or a high-quality photocopy) in solid black and trimmed so that no lyrics or credits are cut off. (The other version is greyish photocopy, hand trimmed to 7" wide and sometimes missing a line or two.)
