Isolation was an ongoing and periodically expanding album recorded while in lockdown beginning on 25 March 2020 with the initial single volume Isolation album replaced by 6 volumes in December 2021 (with additional volumes to be added as time passes).The project began 9 days into isolation, and was to continue until the resolution of the pandemic. Additional tracks were added as they were completed and the album (and subsequently the volumes) is/are a living project until isolation is no longer necessary. The album was free and the subsequent volumes that replaced it remain free, will always be free as a download as long as there is a Clarinette Bandcamp page. The Isolation project continues and all original recordings on this original single volume remained completely unchanged as they were transitioned to the volumes. The reason for the change is that, at over 7 hours, a single download of the album from Bandcamp became too large to allow for fast and easy download.
