Disc one was originally released through Aquarius Records, San Francisco, California for Record Store Day 2013 under the title Ready Set Disengage 2013.

The album was remastered and issued in 2016 in a limited numbered edition of 40 copies only.
An additional 10 copies, #'d 1/10 to 10/10 were done with the subtitle "Deluxe Private Edition", these copies went to some friends not involved in music and to a small number of record label associates.

"To Get The Better Of Words" is a collection of tracks and edits from "Transmuting Fall", "Nul", "Network Transmissions" (from the tiny edition "Nul" boxed set), "Well Sung Woes", "Clarinette On DNA", "There Is No Word Tender Enough To Be Your Name", the Celebrate/Psi/Phenomenon Prince tribute "SHUTUPALREADYDAMN!" and the 267 lattajjaa download collection "The Other Side Of Sarfsalö". On "To Get The Better Of Words", tracks 2-1, 2-2, 2-11 and 2-14 are previously unreleased.

At the time of this release "The Now Of Then" was unreleased and was presented as a full preview of the album. "The Now Of Then" was being prepared for vinyl release on Feeding Tube Records. It is Clarinette's first new work since 2013.
