This edition comes inside a six-panel gatefold booklet which reprints images of the original 10" record, scans of the original jacket and baby blue insert, and a separate reproduction insert of an excerpt from Beryl Korot’s Radical Software Volume 2, Number 3; "Videocity" which introduces the recording. Also included is a handheld fresnel lens in an electric blue slipcase, intended to be used for reading the insert. Released during Creel Pone's 15th anniversary, as indicated by a blue and gold sticker on the outer sleeve.
