a) On the back sleeve, Dubois thanks Todd Rundgren for the studio.
b) This page http://pages.vassar.edu/musicalurbanism/2011/09/22/utopia-sound-todd-rundgrens-woodstock/ shows that Utopia Sound is indeed Rundgren's studio.
c) Dubois was often imprecise in his credits and in his spelling

Track B1 named "Vaisseau interspacial" on the front sleeve and on the lyrics sheet, but correctly "Vaisseau interspatial" on the label.
