Primitively titled "Mon Pays, Toujours", "De Désespoirs En Espérance" is an experimental album, including progressive rock and psychedelic elements, which has been recorded in 1977-1978 but has never been released.
It has been finally remastered in 1998 and issued under this format, including Louis Aragon liner notes written in 1978 and which should have been printed on the LP cover.
No modern elements have been added to the music : this is the original 1978 recording.
