Red packaging, DVDr variant. Each disc has a blank, white label and is packaged in an individual blank, white card sleeve with the corresponding disc number embossed on it, which are all contained in the cardstock box along with a 12-panel insert featuring images of show flyers from throughout the band's career. Although the credits list die cut packaging, this version is without a die cut. Some copies included stickers.

Notes: Audio on Howards show very poor. Jim Red appears on Howards and Daily grind shows. Wilkes Barre ends abruptly and does not contain infamous drum throwing. Twisters ends abruptly. Audio on SLC basement show very poor. Philly show shot professionally.
