Limited to 333 copies & initially only available with the mail order edition of Moons Milk (in Four Phases) although a few copies were sold individually later. Each card wallet is hand-painted, signed, & inscribed with a unique title on reverse. Few copies bear multiple titles. Most are numbered & include a Polaroid, some of which are inscribed & signed. In addition, very few initial copies came with a gatefold card sleeve.
The track titles do not appear on the release.
