Printed on sleeve: "The only group I've heard on disc, whose records I've taken off because they made my bowels churn." - Clive Barker, Director of Hellraiser.
The spine has the text "The consequences of raising hell…".

Playing speed is 45 RPM (not mentioned on the release).

Initial 10" pressing on clear vinyl, probably limited to 500 copies.
Second 10" pressing on black vinyl (this one), quantity unknown.
Third 10" pressing on pink vinyl, probably limited to 500 copies.

Also released as a tape (version differs from vinyl version, tape version is much slower, probably 16 RPM).

Sleeve is printed so that either side can function as the front (ie one side is upside down in relation to the other) with the disk removed from the right hand edge.
