This version came with a silk-screened fold-over cardstock cover. Included within the release was an eight page booklet, a folded double-sided Donut Friends catalog on off-white paper, and another Donut Friends insert on salmon colored paper.The Heliotrope release number is stated as "3.5" on the center label and as "HEL-ØØ4" in the runout etchings.
The Donut Friends release number was derived from one of the inserts that came with thew release.
The vinyl processing company was identified by the runout etchings.
