This version came in an album with a yellow cloth spine and a black back cover. Hollywood pressing: Two concentric circles nearly touch small RCA circle logo ("meatball"), but with break at top. Another version pressed in Indianapolis in an album with red imitation leather on the spine and a yellow back cover exists: New 52nd Street Jazz.

Eight sides in a four-page album.
Each record label gives a side designation (1 to 8) and the album catalog number to the left of the spindle hole.
