Cardboard sleeve (Iron Works) limited to 100 copies
Wooden Coffin (Iron Works) 400 copies
Jewel Case (Nymphonic Records) 500 copies

Each box was handmade and hand stained by label founder Dave Richards. Each will have a slight variance in the color of the stain. Only 400 made ("Collector's Edition" stickers were never affixed by the label).
