Issued in a standard jewel case in a slipcase.
The disc is vinyl-like stamped on its non-playing surface.
Comes with a 4-page booklet that includes complete lyrics to all songs except from the "Kill The King" (Rainbow cover).
On the lyric sheet the track "Terror" is stated with its complete title which is "Terror (From Out Of The Sky)".
There is a photo of the band on the 4th page of the booklet, plus all info as were stated on the back cover of the vinyl version.
1993 date noted on release is bogus.
