The sleeve was born for Melo Caruso, Complesso Caratteristico Feliciotto - Vitti 'Na Crozza; subsequently transformed for Complesso Caratteristico Feliciotto (very well known in southern Italy) of which 10,000 copies were printed (Complesso Caratteristico Feliciotto - Meluccio / Fra' Austinu), also used for subsequent releases by changing the titles on the front.
